The Staten Island Parent Portal is an initiative created by the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office to help connect families with programs, services, and opportunities that support youth across Staten Island. The District Attorney’s Office works with schools, nonprofits, cultural organizations, and community groups throughout the borough to promote prevention, education, and positive youth development. The Staten Island Parent Portal was created to make it easier for parents, caregivers, and educators to discover the many programs and activities available to young people in their communities.
By bringing these opportunities together in one place, the portal helps families learn about programs that support academic enrichment, creativity, mentorship, health and wellness, sports, and community engagement. It reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Staten Island neighborhoods by ensuring families have access to trusted resources that help young people grow, connect, and thrive.
The Staten Island Parent Portal is a searchable online directory designed to help families easily discover programs, services, and events for children and teens across Staten Island. Parents and caregivers can explore opportunities by category, age group, and neighborhood, making it simple to find activities that match their interests and needs. Community organizations can also share their programs through the portal by following three simple steps:
Add Your Profile: Organizations begin by creating a profile and adding their listing to the site. Each submission is reviewed by our team to ensure the information is accurate and relevant for Staten Island families.
Add an Event: Once a listing is approved, organizations can log into their dashboard to submit details for upcoming events, programs, workshops, or activities.
Share: After review and approval, the event will appear on the site where families across Staten Island can easily discover and participate.
